Pale straw with a faint green rim, this Albariño from Rías Baixas greets the nose with bright aromas of white peach, green apple, and ripe pear, layered with sea-spray salinity and a whisper of jasmine and citrus blossom. On the palate it’s crisp and lively, driven by zesty lemon-lime acidity and flavors of nectarine, quince, and a touch of honeysuckle, while a mineral backbone and subtle saline finish add persistence and energy. Medium-bodied with fine, polished texture and a clean, lingering finish, it’s refreshing and precise—excellent with shellfish, light fish dishes, or simply enjoyed chilled on its own. 13% ABV
